How It Works
Our process removes unwanted minerals like potassium, chlorine, and silica, and breaks down the structural barriers of the biomass. The result is a clean, energy-rich material suitable for:
Sustainable biopellets that meet industry specifications.
2G bioethanol production, by improving enzyme access to cellulose through lignin disruption.

Each unit (1 ton/hour) is housed in a plug-and-play container and easily scalable by adding multiple units. Quick deployment with minimal infrastructure changes.
Dual Output, No Waste
Main output: upgraded biomass for energy or ethanol.
Byproduct: extracted minerals that can be reused as organic fertilizer, closing the loop in the agricultural cycle.
